A man suspected of decapitating his 4-year-old daughter and leaving the body for her mother to find in their suburban home was arrested in Washington, D.C., early Saturday, authorities said.

Police identified the body as 26-year-old Daniel Gene-Vincent Sorensen, of River Rouge, by using a partial fingerprint despite the severe burns on Sorensen's hands... Police said the severely burned hands seemed to be an effort to hide his identity.
Twenty decapitated bodies have been discovered dumped near a police station north-east of Baghdad. The identity of the bodies found in the volatile city of Baquba is not known.
