Evogear is a multi-channel retailer specializing in urban action sports equipment, apparel and accessories. The company has sold online for the past five years and had been using a custom-built Web site search and merchandising application. “Our homegrown solution was fairly advanced, yet it still lacked advanced filtering mechanisms to offer shoppers flexible browsing options and help them find what they were looking for.
