Omniture Kicks off the New Year by Expanding Executive Team

20-Year Veteran of 3Com & Cadence Strengthens Company Position as Analytics Leader

OREM, Utah – Jan. 9, 2006 — Omniture, the largest and fastest-growing provider of on-demand Web analytics and online marketing services, today announced the appointment of Patrick Kelliher as vice president of finance.  Kelliher will report directly to Mike Herring, CFO, and will be responsible for all worldwide financial accounting policies, procedures and reporting for the company.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kelliher is an industry veteran who has held executive finance and accounting roles at a variety of companies including Abbot Laboratories, 3Com, Inari and most recently Cadence Design Systems.  At Cadence, a provider of electronic design automation, Kelliher held the role of vice president of finance, where he was responsible for corporate accounting and external finance reporting. Kelliher’s duties also included directing the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance program and developing and communicating worldwide accounting policies.  Kelliher is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
