Omniture Appoints Former MyFamily.com Executive as SVP of Corporate Development

Mike Dodd Joins Online Business Optimization Leader

OREM, Utah – July 25, 2006 — Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the appointment of Mike Dodd as senior vice president of corporate development. Among his responsibilities, Dodd is primarily responsible for driving the company’s growth and expansion into complementary market opportunities and will report directly to Josh James, Omniture’s CEO.

For the past four years, Dodd has served in various executive-level capacities at MyFamily.com, Inc., the world’s largest online family history source, including senior vice president and general manager of the Commerce business unit, vice president of new channel marketing, international marketing and business development. Prior to MyFamily.com, Inc., he has been a partner at a venture capital firm and a technology investment banker at San Francisco-based, Robertson Stephens, Inc.
