Job Description

job purpose :

Setting up test methodology, lab equipment commissioning and setting up, LIMS and SAP configuration, training technicians, calibration of equipment, technical assistant to operation, process engineering  ,SBU,EHSS and external communication of all technical aspects.

key accountabilities :

• Establishes the testing methods for the quality of raw materials, in process samples and final product to ensure that the products are meeting the product specification.
• Improve test methods with new techniques for the analysis without any deviation from reference method.
• Responsible for the equipment sustainability by maintaining systems to insure validation calibration and trouble shooting of instruments in the assigned area.
• Insure the availability of chemicals, reagents , standard, consumables and spare parts,  and raises the purchase requisition and coordinates for procuring the materials.
• Participate with operation plants in grading the final products and can assist in making decisions for blending recycling and making usage decision.
• Participate in investigating the customer complaints of quality related and represent the lab in the RCA committees for his area of responsibility.
• Develops technical work instructions, adopts the procedures the daily weekly monthly control check for instruments prepares monthly reports and charts for SPC
• Configure the programs for training and evaluation for lab technicians.
• Develops the documents and implements the quality programs in line with ISO17025/ISO9000/ISO14000/GMP/SHEMS requirements as applicable, maintains the record and prepares for internal and external audits.
