Required Skills Set:

IT experience, with proven technical support experience.
knowledge of desktop environments Windows 7,Windows 10, MS Office, MAC OS
Should have good exposure to SCCM and Citrix Xendesktop
Good TCP/IP knowledge and zeal to learn more.
Working knowledge of Intranet and Internet applications.
IT experience, with proven technical support experience
Good knowledge of voice/network architectures.
Understanding of WAN/LAN architecture.
Flexible team player, comfortable in a multi-national environment and with good communication skills
Knowledge of IP Telephony,Video Conferencing(Avaya and polycom)
