Job Description

Prior Experience of Managing a Team of Technical Support Engineers.

  • Having Knowledge of Linux Administration
  • Having Working experience of Web Hosting Server.
  • Having knowledge of Zimbra.
  • Working Knowledge of VMware and virtual Machines.
  • Should be able to provide support on IIS Server.
  •  Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor system access and security distribution and retention of data on various storage devices and company data.
  • Assist in disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans with Centralized Backup Experience.
  •  Produce weekly reports of outstanding issues and projects.
  •  Working Knowledge of VMware and virtual Machines.
  • Should be able to provide support on IIS Server
