Job Description: This requisition is for a new hire who will be working as a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator at Krishna Magnum. Who should be ready to work in shifts. Billing rate including markup is INR 21,600/- pm.
Provide a safe, efficient, professional, comfortable working environment by ensuring that facilities and office services are available, functional and cost-effective. Maintenance: Maintain operating condition of offices and equipment, and completes simple repairs. Utilize knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or heating and cooling skills in performing assignments. Will take on an active role to plan, coordinate and execute office moves with team or outside contractors. Operations: Look over work requests to decide problem and resolution, and delegates assignments. May monitor or plan jobs completed by outside contractors. Ensure that all common areas (those areas not under control of individual departments) are kept neat and operational. Facilitate the repairs and maintenance for all Xerox multi-functional devices and coffee machines. As needed, will assist Receptionist with vending companies to maintain expected level of service and contact vending companies for service and repairs. Maintain break room supplies, which includes order placement and re-stocking supplies. Coordinate with Telecom and IT on phone and networking issues. Mailroom: Assist Receptionist with deliveries as needed. Safety: Directs office safety programs to protect employees and the company against harm, and maintain safe working conditions. Suggests work safety standards, and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous materials exposure, accidents, fires, or other unsafe conditions. Meet compliance and reporting requirements of federal or state regulations. Advise management on problem correction. Conducts investigations of accidents, and suggests preventive solutions. Examine potential unsafe working conditions. Provide safety training. Perform safety inspections, and prepares reports. Security: Maintain security by monitoring foot traffic and inquire/identify of any individuals with whom they are not familiar. Assist in keeping all facilities areas secure at all times. Required: Operation of common hand or power tools. One year Facilities or Operations experience in office environment (or equivalent) Some knowledge of electronic mail system Good verbal skills
