Deals with Customer Care , brand support, Antivirus Support, Printer support, OS support /Mac Support etc.

Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptopsTo Help clients who have issues with their computer and peripherals.Troubleshooting issues related to BSD, networking , email accounts, antivirusUp sell different unlimited tech support plans (AMC)Excellent Communication SkillFreshers & Experience in Technical Sales Process (International BPO)Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 environment. (Rotational Shift/offs) and Should be a team playerAge Limit -18 Yrs to 31 Yrs
