Our corporate philosophy is to support organizations our associates care about, so we can make a positive impact in a variety of ways and help create strong, vibrant communities.

Corporate Involvement

As a company, we have a long history of supporting charities both locally and nationwide. We proudly support charitable causes and organizations each year through associate volunteerism and generous contributions. Some of the non-profit organizations Scottrade supports include:

Charitable Giving Program

Scottrade associate volunteering to help Rebuilding Together

We encourage our associates to get involved and actively volunteer. Through our Charitable Giving Program we match our associates’ contributions to the organizations they choose to support - dollar for dollar, and we donate $20 for every hour an associate volunteers his or her time to a charity.

Our associates also have the opportunity to receive one paid day off – known as a “Day of Caring” – to volunteer for a charity in their community. Our Charitable Giving Program is a great way to raise money for charities and help our associates do good in their local communities.
