Michael Seiman
CEO and Founder / Chairman, Board of Directors


As an independent website publisher, in 1999, Mike realized that new advancements were needed in the optimization and creative possibilities available in the monetization of online inventory. He committed himself, then, to developing the next generation of online advertising tools. He extended this vision to assist hundreds and thousands of publishers as CPX Interactive developed and grew. In 2008, Mike understood the future of CPX meant developing a software/services stack that was designed specifically for our business. This vision grew into what is now the “CPX OS” and is powered by our proprietary ad management platform, CPX adROIt™.

 

In his free time Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of his alma mater, Hofstra University. He also focuses on numerous philanthropic initiatives, having recently joined the advisory board of Children’s International, where he spearheaded the development of a community center in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Robert Rasko
President and COO / Member, Board of Directors


Following a career in finance with companies such as Dean Witter and Oppenheimer, Rob joined the CPX team in 2006 as the company’s 7th employee. Rob has led the day-to-day operations of the company since being named President in 2008, with a particular focus on building a world-class management team and global corporate footprint.

 

As a thought leader in the industry, particularly addressing ad network and exchange transparency both in the US and Europe, Rob currently serves as co-chairman of the marketing group for the USA IAB Quality Assurance Guidelines Project, as well as point for IAB Europe’s IASH expansion effort.

Karl Bunch
Chief Solutions Officer


As Chief Solutions Officer at CPX Interactive, Karl Bunch is responsible for leading business strategy and leveraging technology to drive business value. Karl oversees the company's technology, ad network, product development and strategic partnerships.

 

Karl is a savvy entrepreneur with a rare blend of technical and business expertise. He has a 28 year track record of leveraging technology to empower companies and clients to exceed their business goals while driving revenue with a focus on profitability. Karl has managed large teams of employees and developers, in environments ranging from start-ups he founded (one of which was recognized by INC Magazine as the 22nd, 9th and 83rd fastest growing private company in the US between 1999 and 2002), to the publically traded Warner Music Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Technology. Karl has the energy, people skills and vision to be an effective team leader in situations where results matter.

Gary Bembridge
EVP, North American Sales


Gary joined CPX in January of 2010 after a long and successful career in digital media and sales. Prior to joining CPX Interactive, Mr. Bembridge spent nine years at Microsoft in the MSN Online Services Group in New York. As National Sales Director of MSN, he led the Search and Direct Marketing Vertical with revenue responsibilities of more than $150 million annually and was one of the top salesperson in the MSN Online Services Group.

 

Gary’s responsibilities at CPX include building out and overseeing the sales teams and offices that support the ad network’s North American initiatives.

Sid Fein
EVP, Technology


Sid is responsible for all software development, partner technical integration, as well as technical & data center operations at CPX Interactive. Prior to joining CPX, Sid had implemented technical solutions at organizations including Siemens Corporation, Itochu International, Town Sports International/New York Sports Clubs and Columbia House. During his career, Sid has led multi-national development teams in building massive, high-performance web-based applications.

 

Sid's leadership of the CPX technology team has been directly responsible for the conceptualization and build of the network’s proprietary ad management platform, CPX adROIt™

Walter Ferrara
EVP, Finance


As a testament to his leadership in the Finance department of Beyond Interactive, Walter was asked to be SVP Corporate Controller/Operations of Mediacom/Beyond Interactive after Beyond was acquired by WPP. In this role, Walter played a lead role in the implementation of SOX, ensuring compliance for MediaCom/Beyond at a corporate level. After Joining CPX in 2008 as controller, in recognition of his hard work and knowledgebase, he was promoted to EVP, Finance.

 

Walter oversees the end-to-end integration of the Financial Suite layer across the ad network’s operating system model.

David Shay
EVP, Marketing


David has been the Head of Marketing for CPX Interactive since 2006. Tasked with delivering the company’s messaging, both internally and externally, David finds this challenge particularly interesting as the company sits at the nexus of a continually evolving industry, where boundaries are shifting quickly.

 

While his career in online advertising has run the gamut from Account Executive of a boutique agency to Online Brand Manager of an executive education firm, it is often his previous career as a practicing attorney that David relies on in developing successful corporate communication strategies.

After a long and successful career as an accomplished Fortune 500 financial professional, Michael currently manages CPX Interactive’s day-to-day operations in areas including publisher development, creative services, account management, industry compliance, compensation, and general business planning.

 

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience at Cablevision Systems Corporation and its programming subsidiary, Rainbow Media Holdings. During his career, Michael has been instrumental in projects ranging from the development and launch of National and Regional cable networks to the structuring of corporate partnership deals with companies including Liberty Media, NBC, Fox and MGM.

Robert F. Hussey
Member, Board of Directors


Bob is a seasoned financial, marketing and operations executive in sectors including packaged goods, financial services and advertising. In recent years, Bob has focused on advising private equity and institutional investors in these industries and in special situations.

 

Among his accomplishments are the founding, NASDAQ IPO and ultimate sale to News Corp (1991) of POP Radio Corp, which, under Bob's leadership, became the country's largest direct broadcast satellite (DBS) network. Bob received his MBA from George Washington University and currently serves on the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, where he received his undergraduate degree.

Moritz is currently the COO of one the world’s largest providers of digitally delivered advertising (TV, Radio, Print), Adstream, London. For much of his career Moritz worked for PubliGroupe in numerous capacities including: CEO/Asia & China, Chairman/Shanghai and member of the Executive Management Group/Switzerland.

 

Moritz is a veteran of the online media industry, serving on the boards of several Internet and media companies including NASDAQ listed, 24/7Realmedia.
