Which of your products can I offer my customers?
As a domain name and/or hosting reseller, you call the shots. You can select from a long list of tried-and-true products and services to create the storefront that's right for you. Current offerings include domain names, reseller hosting, site builders, SSL certificates, and much more. You can even opt in to automatically offer new products and services as they become available.
Who determines the pricing on my Reseller storefront?
Once again, as a domain reseller, you're the boss! You can set the pricing for products and services individually, offer special sales and promotions, and even provide specific customers with rock-bottom discount pricing. We also have a global pricing option that lets you quickly set the pricing for all of your products at once – what a time saver!
I just joined your Reseller Program. What's the best way to get started?
Our Quick Setup Wizard and Storefront Designer make getting started a snap. After you set up a payee account, you can set up your domain name and/or hosting reseller site in a matter of minutes.

As a domain reseller, can I customize my storefront?
Yes! You can use our Storefront Designer to make your storefront your own. For example, you can upload your logo, determine which products and promotions to showcase, and adjust the page layout, color scheme, navigation menu, and more.

Of course! The key to successfully marketing your business is knowing which advertising efforts are paying off. In addition, while you can be confident that the products and services you're selling are second to none, you can offer special promotions and sales to make the best deals even better.
How do I find the URL of my domain name reseller site?
To view the URL of your storefront, simply click View Storefront in your Reseller Control Center. Your storefront displays in a new browser window, and your storefront URL displays in the browser's address bar. Each reseller storefront has a unique program identification number, or prog ID, that displays in its URL.

What's your commission payment process?
Your payee account lets us know how you want to receive commission payments, so we recommend setting it up right away. When you receive commission depends on several factors. For the most part, we pay commission you earn during one month at the end of the following month, provided you met the threshold for the payment method you selected. For example, if you earned commission on your reseller hosting sales during January, we'll pay you at the end of February.
