EXCHANGING A TRAIN TICKET

If the conditions of your ticket fare permits, you may exchange your train ticket :

  • online on Voyages-sncf website

Select the "My Bookings” link at the top right of the webpage.

On the ‘My Bookings’ page enter your booking reference (alphanumeric characters) and the name used to make the original booking. You will be redirected to your personal booking area in which your reservation is displayed.  Click "Exchange" to select a new travel, after which you will cancel your old travel and confirm your new travel.


Want to exchange tickets (no e-tickets or self-print tickets) that are already in your possession? Please follow the online process indicated above. After confirming your new travel and cancelling your old tickets, please send your request for a refund of your old tickets within 60 days to the following address:

You can also receive a refund for your old train tickets by presenting them at one of the following points of sale:

  • At a Boutique Rail Europe
  • At the 24-hour self-service terminals, stations and SNCF boutiques in France.

IDTGV TICKETS

 

iDTGV tickets are non-refundable.
 

Do you want to change your seat or on-board services? Click here to do this free of charge online.
 

Do you want to change your time/date of departure/ Name/ Surname/ Birth date? This will incur a €12 charge per iDTGV ticket changed. You will also have to pay any difference in price between the new ticket and the original ticket. Click here to contact IDTGV customer services.
