EASY TRAVEL WITH THE e-ticket SERVICE

Book, print and depart: make use of the E-ticket service and print your ticket when, where and as often as you want. Train travel has never been easier! 

Routes and carriers concerned

The e-ticket service is available for travel to destinations in France and Europe:

• In France for travel on TGV and Intercités
• In Europa for travel on TGV Paris - Luxembourg, TGV Brussels - France and TGV Lyria

How do you make use of the E-ticket service?
When making your booking, select "E-ticket service" when it comes to selecting your method of ticket withdrawal. You will receive two e-mails after your payment has been confirmed:

• The first e e-mail contains order confirmation. This email is not your ticket.
• The second e-mail contains your E-ticket and serves as your train ticket once printed.

What to take when traveling
Save yourself a few precious minutes when arriving at the station: forget punching your ticket or any other formalities. When boarding, just simply present:

• The E-ticket you received by mail and printed in advance (Note: the confirmation email is not a ticket)
• Some form of ID

Lost your e-ticket?
No problem! You can re-print your e-ticket as often as you with at no extra cost.

Ticket exchange and cancellation

Enjoy maximum flexibility, the cancellation or modification of your trip is easy:

• More information concerning ticket exchange
• More information concerning ticket cancellation (there is no need to return your tickets by mail for a refund. Simply enter your file number or your name and date of birth)
