I just wanted to let you guys know that this company has provided me with unequivocally the best sales support I have ever received. Never in a million years did I expect to get as many answers to my questions as I did, but I also got those answers in record time. A few months back I took on the project of re-doing my father-in-laws website. I found the template I’m using right now online, and instantly knew it was right for his website, as he is a muralist. I have experience with dreamweaver, but until today had never used Adobe Flash. Though there was some confusion with the person I chatted with on your website about weather the template would work with dreamweaver ( I guess they assumed I wouldn’t be using the flash version), that was very quickly clarified. I then ran into the trouble of unzipping the file on a Mac (my first) that I just purchased the day before, and help was just a click away. Although I can take the credit for figuring it
out before the e-mail came back (thanks to Google and Stuffit). Thanks to you guys I’m basically ready to be up and running, and uploading the site to my remote server. Someone should really give you guys an award. You truly put your product out there and stand behind it with the best customer support I have ever seen. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.
