If the screen is blank after you imported dump.sql file into your database please make sure:
- you did not rename wp-content/themes/theme### folder. It should have same name as in the default template package.
- you uploaded theme### directory from the downloaded template package to wp-content/themes directory of your WordPress installation
- theme### is located in the wp-content/themes. There should be no subfolders like wp-content/themes/sub-folder/theme###
