Issue: I installed WordPress template and navigation menu doesn’t display

Solution:

The issue can be caused by installing WordPress 3.1 theme over WordPress 3.0. Please make sure you are using correct version of WordPress

Also please open WordPress admin panel and go to Appearance > Menus

There check the Theme Locations block and select the menus to display.
