Vanessa Trump, the wife of Donald Trump Jr., was taken to a New York City hospital as a precaution on Monday after she opened a letter containing an unknown white powder.
The letter was addressed to Trump Jr. and sent to the couple's Manhattan apartment.
After Vanessa Trump opened the envelope at approximately 10:00am ET and discovered the powder, she and two other people were decontaminated by firefighters at the scene and taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

Police and Secret Service agents are at the scene investigating. The white powder was determined to be non-hazardous, New York City police told Fox News.
