President Donald Trump on Tuesday blasted the “numerous delays” in the Justice Department inspector general’s probe of the Hillary Clinton email case.

Trump took to Twitter to question why the final report has not yet been released and whether it's "being changed and made weaker."

Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said the president has a "legitimate gripe" over how long it's taking DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz to release his report on the department and FBI's handling of the probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server.

"We all expected that report to be out by now," Napolitano said on "Fox & Friends." "We thought the inspector general was going to testify about it tomorrow on Capitol Hill. If he is, it would have to come out today."

According to a congressional source, the Senate Judiciary Committee has rescheduled a hearing with Horowitz slated for Tuesday to the following week, June 11.

Napolitano said Trump has "legitimate fears" that the report is being watered down.

"And if it appears to be watered down, I want to see the version before it was watered down," Napolitano said.
