Tucker Carlson said Monday that attorney Michael Avenatti -- whom he dubbed "the Creepy Porn Lawyer" -- may have to pay President Donald Trump's attorneys' fees after a lawsuit brought by client Stormy Daniels was tossed out by a federal judge.

Judge S. James Otero, a George W. Bush appointee in California, issued the ruling Monday regarding the porn actress' claim Trump defamed her by suggesting in a tweet that she lied about efforts to suppress talk of their alleged tryst.

"Creepy Porn Lawyer may have to cut the president -- his self-described nemesis -- a check," Carlson said, referring to Otero's order that Trump's legal fees be reimbursed.

Carlson riffed that he "suspects [Avenatti's] check will bounce."

He said Avenatti is vowing to appeal the ruling.
