Play The All American Touchdown Derby this 2008 NFL Season: www.passitdeep.com
* Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice will one of the top handcuffs come draft day. With Willis McGahee still nursing injuries and after watching Rice break off a 42-yard run on his first carry and score on a 6-yard run later, GTD is confident the rookie will make impact in 2008
* Atlanta Falcons RB Michael Turner broke off runs of 52 and 63 yards vs. the Colts in their exhibition matchup and will be overvalued come draft day. The Falcons will have rookie QB Matt Ryan calling the plays and still have very poor offensive line — both will spell doom for Turner.
* Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson will easily be a top-20 WR in his second season. Johnson caught a 27-yard TD from QB Jon Kitna on Sunday night. It was 1st-string vs. 1st-string, and Johnson was gliding around like a blue-and-silver condor. He also had a 40-yard catch where he easily outleaped Bengals CB Leon Hall, a former 1st-round pick.
* Kansas City Chiefs RB Larry Johnson ran very well in three series vs. the Arizona Cardinals (including two very long drives), carrying the rock 14 times for 61 yards. There was no sign of foot problems, Johnson was planting and driving. GTD is still too concerned about his QB and O-Line situation to draft him in the 1st-round
* Dont draft any offensive players on the Chicago Bears unless TE Desmond Clark is out for a period of time — then think about TE Greg Olsen. The same goes for the Miami Dolphins. RB Ronnie Brown got hurt this past weekend and seems as if he will be splitting carries with Ricky Williams. Another ugly offensive situation, thats for sure.
* Run DMC, Darren McFadden, will be the starting RB for the Oakland Raiders by Week 4. McFadden got in a lot of work vs. the Titans on Friday night — carrying 6 times for 44 yards and catching a 5-yard pass.
* Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rogers is no Brett Favre. Rodgers was sacked four times in his first 18 dropbacks by the San Francisco 49ers in this weekends exhibition matchup. The 49ers were swarming the backfield like a jailbreak. Rodgers couldn`t get anything going (9-of-16, 58 yards) and TE Donald Lee dropped a TD. This performance will depress the growing hype on Rodgers and keep him at a reasonable price in fantasy drafts this week.
* Injury update: Both WR Chad Johnson (shoulder) and QB Tarvaris Jackson (knee) left game with injuries but seem fine and will play Week 1.
* Seattle Seahawks WR Nate Bruleson is going to lead the team`s pass-catching corps. Last year, Bobby Engram became the oldest receiver to ever post his first 1,000-yard season and seemed ready to resume his place as QB Matt Hasselbeck`s top target. But unhappiness over his contract gave way to a broken shoulder that will sideline him for six-to-eight weeks. Combine that with Deion Branch`s injury woes and Burleson now looks like the clear-cut top target in Seattle. Coming off a 50-catch, 9-TD season, Burleson could push for 1,000 yards and 9-10 TDs.

I gambled on Ray Rice so I hope he gets in there ahead of McGahee...maybe at least as a third down back?
Don't be so down on Ricky Williams. This is a far better line than the one that blocked for him when he had that spectacular year in his first season with the Fins. He is clearly the most talented player on the offensive side of the ball for Miami...maybe even the most talented player on the entire team.
Lets see what happens...There's never been a question on Ricky's ability. There's only been questions of his character and whether or not he'll wrap his lips around a bong again ;)
