Free domain on Qualified Hosting Plans

Problem:

What does Just Host mean by "free" domain or domain coupon?

Solution:

The "free" domain is not technically "free". Just Host credits your account at sign up for the cost of the domain.

Note: Only qualified plans are credited. The plan must be a 12, 24 or 36 month hosting plan.

Please contact our billing department for any further assistance. The billing department is available via phone or by opening a ticket in our helpcenter.
