Email Retrieval for Non Preexisting Email
Emails must be sent when the receptive email address is in existence. If an email is sent to an email address that does not exist, then there is no possible way of retrieving any email sent to that email account prior to the email account's physical creation.
If you create the email account and resend the email, either manually by the person or automatically by their server, then the emails will arrive as they should.
