My mother always taught me that plagiarism is the highest form of acclaim that one can receive, but that doesn't mean I'm about to let people get away with it. If I find out someone's doing it – and I often do, since I have the most AMAZING reviewers in the world – I'll message that person and usually give them a week to either remove the story in question or give me credit for the idea before I report them. That's just how I usually do it.
