I thought that part of John Oliver's Trump special was painfully unfunny and forced... it reminds me of birthers who emphasized "Hussein" whenever talking about Obama.
rederoinn: >mfw I find out 'classic'* socialists are now being called brocialists by the far left.
*Socialists before tumblr leaked out all over left.
You goddamn Berniebros are all brocialists, bro.
Honestly though, bro, they simply apply the label to any bro that is young, economically left-leaning, bro, while being socially centre to conservative... or at least not as socially liberal as the average party member. It's divisive as fuck, bro. Cannibalism on the American left similar to the cannibalism on the right caused by the Tea Party and Trump.
Bro, peep this, divides inside the two big parties... leading to a four party system. I'd be thrilled as fuck, bro. It'd be brotacular.
Also, next Civ game I plan in Sweden, I promise to invite you, Emil. Or you could fly over to Canada next time it happens here, you'll be more than welcome, you mofo!

I'm in if I can get the game to work, the game is apparently not compatible with Windows 10. Lazy ass devs.
TensePsychopath: Anyone thinking of getting The Division, but not for PC?
>Go to the barber >Realize I now have a smartphone and I can use it while my hair is cutting cut, no need for small talk anymore >Put off my glasses >Can't see jackshit on my phone screen.
ah, bloody hell.
Faaip: ^I can't make up my mind about that game.. I'll probably wait and see what everyone says
rederoinn: >Just realized steam also has a group chat function.
Yeah I was thinking the steam chat might be the best bet of getting people to participate.. There was a decent group in there for E3 last year

I'm running 10 (sadly) and I've managed to run it just fine.
I did have to tweak my anti-virus a bit though, real-time scanning fucked with the launcher.
Oh shit, just noticed you tried talking to me on Steam yesterday, soz for not answering, lad, I passed out while watching the news. I'll stay vigilant, you planning to be online in the following days?
>get shard of glass stuck in my foot a bit more than a year ago >no pain at first, just mild discomfort >try to remove it by myself, to no avail >wound stays open, making it prone to infection >with time, it becomes more and more painful >I start limping >limp starts causing major pain in my left knee >go to doctor to see if there is anything that can be done >"The shard is too far deep, and not visible in a scan in any case, if you want it gone, you'll need to have your foot operated on by a surgeon." >mfw >decide to keep in limp and shard in the meantime >my foot actually gets infected >a massive wart has started forming inside the wound, around the glass shard >it multiplies rapidly all around the sole of the foot >walking is painful as fuck >limp intensifies >talk about it to my boss, get referred to a private clinic dermatologist the next day >dermatologist says he's rarely seen plantar warts going that deep >burns them all with a liquid nitrogen blowtorch >"Free of charge, my friend! Have a good day and good luck!" >the pain that follows is excruciating for a day or two >after that I stop feeling the infected area >necrosis all up in that bitch >after a week or so, the dead hardened skin + flesh falls off >end up with a hole about half an inch deep in my foot >the glass shard was in the chunk of dead tissue >can again walk normally for the first time in more than a year, without having to go through surgery
Can't tell you guys how glad I am this shit is finally over, sometimes things really do fix themselves unexpectedly.
EDIT: Also, never walk barefoot outside, even if it's summer, believe me.
I'll spare you all the details she was pregnant but now she isn't fill in the blanks with whatever you want, but for 2 weeks I saw my youth and responsibility free life leaving me and it was the most horrifying thing I've ever experienced
In the past month I've dealt with a godawful breakup and a pregnancy scare, this might be my worst semester yet I just want to get my diploma and go and stay go

1. I tried to remove as soon as it got stuck in my foot. 2. It was livable at first, simply mildly uncomfortable. 3. I was told pretty early on that it had to be operated on if I was to remove it.
I should have probably gone to a specialist way sooner though.
