Unfortunately not.
Some games like halo reach and forza 3 upload your screenshots on the internet but in most games you need something like this:

Its HD capture card, with this you can play 360(and ps3) games on pc take screenshots and record movies during the gameplay.

No it doesn't, I've been a fan of the series since number 2, and I own number 3, and 4 and it doesn't look that good. Most, if not all the screenshots have upscaled the images, and then downscaled to get rid of the major anti-aliasing problems it has, as well as some of the low poly objects in the game especially in the interior view getting motion blur (blur slider in photo mode) to hide some of the edges of the polygons. None the less the game looks marvelous, but it doesn't look that good.

Not exactly. Game looks just great but i think these screens are from "photomode" not direct feed grabs.

In PGR4 photomode you can:
-change tone of the image
-change contrast and brightness
-change and adjust exposure
-change color saturation
-add motion blur
-add few different effects

So as you can see these^ effects alter picture in significant way. Game looks great this^ good no.
Also GT forum browser scales down every image resolution. THis makes screen looks more smooth and less jagged.

But there is no doubt that race tracks in game looks amazing and almost real.

The cars themselves are much better in Forza. PGR4 has weather effects and because it runs at 30fps, they could put more into the environment, so in that sense it might be doing some stuff that Forza 3 is not.
