Dead Rising 3's First DLC Delayed

If you picked up Dead Rising 3 with your shiny new Xbox One, you'd probably be interested in learning that the game's first bit of DLC, Operation Broken Eagle, has been delayed.

Originally planned to release on December 27, the content has now been pushed back to January 21, 2014. "Adding new content to the massive open world of Los Perdidos is a major undertaking," Capcom said in a statement about the delay. "To ensure we provide the best possible experience for players, we are putting a few additional weeks of polish and testing into the episode before it’s released. Stay tuned for additional updates."

When the content does arrive it'll set you back $9.99, but is also included in the game's $29.99 season pass if you happen to pick that up. Oh, and if you are gifted an Xbox One during the holidays and decide you wanna give the game a go before making a purchasing decision, Microsoft released a demo for Dead Rising 3 last week that'll let you check it out.
