(SPOILERS) Something interesting about Chloe/Frank having the gun in episode 3... if you "shot" Frank in episode 2, Frank actually doesn't take the gun from you so he never has it in episode 3. It's actually shown in Chloe's room! So the statistics are somewhat misleading as some people (like me) never had a chance to "find the gun in the RV". A little frustrating, but kind of cool at the same time!
Just finished episode three myself! Elyse vastly stated the ramifications of Kate dying. Pretty much the first half hour of episode three, everyone and everything references her death and Max's involvement! I'm talking hypocritical "we all loved Kate" trash, shrines in her honour, Max blaming herself, emails blaming everyone... so much GUILT! Huber, you missed out!
great episode, I think you might completly rewinding time , because if not all your previous choice are erase.... if not it is one very cleaver way of restarting choice because they became too complicated to manage... in the walking dead I remember saving someone, but they kill this character in episode like 3... it felt like if it was too costly to keep 2 different character alive and thus they simply decide to kill the saved character who ever u decide too save... In this game the total change didn't felt cheap storywise so I'm ok of they go on with it...
ELYSE! HUBER! ...Did either of you catch the significance/mystery of the silk scarf?!
While exiting the dorms, before you sneak past the principal, you can go into the janitor/maintenance closet. Inside, near the door, is a silk scarf that Max comments on being a girl's silk scarf and it is strange/random to be there and wonders who it could belong to. And then, with the alternate timeline reveal of handicapped Chloe... CHLOE IS WEARING THE SCARF (14 minute mark in the Just Played video)! Discuss.
Life is strange episode 3 robbed you from the choices by forcing youo to save Cloe's father (which I didnt want in the 1st place). Also, the choices you have made doesnt seems to change anything in the story except only a few sentences here and there. I dont understand why people are so over this game. also theres a lot of unnecessary symbolism in the game that doesnt mean anything. I have 2 saves, one with Kate alive, one with dead kate and different choices, its really minimal how the choices affects the game.
Haha! I found the scarf, but totally missed Chloe wearing it! Well spotted! I love watching these videos, seeing how others perceive the story; there's a few things they spotted that I missed - like the gun for instance.
It's supposed to be more about how the game affects you emotionally I suppose. The minor differences would be major differences in real life if you were Max.
Did anybody else get to the final scene and go "I bet Chloe's in a wheelchair" Like literally both me and my girlfriend said it. It just seemed like the obvious twist, it was still awesome though.
I think the majority of us playing the game think the situation we are in is fucked up and want to rewind, be interesting to see where they go with the next episode. Lets us rewind to fix things or force us to deal with our decisions and their repercussions.
Yeah I was under the impression it was bribe money thats why I took it. In the hope it can be used to help Chloe. I guess that was a moral decision they wanted to put in there but I missed the bit about it being a "handicapped fund"..........hang on.........Chloe is handicapped now hmm. I guess she would still be if you dont take the money?
The cash is really foreshadowing, but is it really a handicap fund? seems like bribe money to me. Pricefield for life, friendzoneing Warren at every opportunity. Chloe has major abandonment issues, dad dies, we leave her, her mum seems like she wasn't there for her and then Rachel leaves her. It's no wonder imo how she is, but hopefully I can be a good influence on her.
(SPOILERS) If you disconnect William's home phone, his wife just calls him on his cell. So you can't prevent him from wanting to go pick her up.

Another great episode! Telltales really needs to step up their game.

What a ending... can't wait for the next episode.
I love it, they were so welling up by the end!:) Looks a great game
If you wouldn't play it, but you find it interesting - would you try watching a playthrough on YouTube?
I would never play this game. No way. But it is so fabulous to listen to y'all talk about it, and I cannot wait to find out what happens in the end.
I agree with HDee89.
Still... We have two more episodes left.
Who knows how our decisions affect the end game.
