You just found out your show's been officially picked up for a second season. TERMINATOR THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES showrunner Josh Friedman, what are you going to do next?
Although Fox declined comment, multiple sources confirm to me exclusively that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles has been renewed for a second season.
According to Kristin over at E! Online, the sci-fi series that takes place in the universe of the Terminator movies (even though some die-hard fans scoff at it), the show will be coming back for a second season in the fall.
After watching a few episodes of the new series, I'm underwhelmed. Lena Headey isn't a good fit for Sarah Connor. John Dekker is an acceptable John Connor, but he's been saddled with some thoughtless writing.
We all know product placement in science-fiction television shows can sometimes get out of hand. But today's episode of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" has left me puzzled over what might have been a placement for Windows Vista.
Originally scheduled for Sundays, 'Terminator' spin-off will air with '24' on Mondays. Judgment Day will be Jan. 14, 2008.

When I heard of this new series coming to FOX, I had mixed reactions. I'm a big fan of the Terminator franchise, so first there was a feeling of excitement.

Dekker and Connor will topline. The fate of the world may now be in Thomas Dekker's hands.
Lena Headey ("Imagine Me & You") has landed the title role in the Fox pilot "The Sarah Connor Chronicles," which is based on the mythology of the Terminator films, Variety reported.
