Similar to americans being allowed to turn right at red lights, the conservatives have proposed that British drivers should be able to turn left at red lights in an attempt to help congestion.
This was put forward as part of a 10-point transport plan.
I admit, I drive fast. Then again, so does everyone here. I would say that the average speed during my morning commute home (I work nights) is 30kph over the posted speed limit of 90kph.
