Registration/Cancellation

  1. What is the registration fee?
    The registration fee for Summit in London is £100.00 until Feb 28, 2007 after which it will increase to £125.00.
    The registration fee for Summit in France and Germany is € 140.00 until Feb 28, 2007 after which it will increase to € 175.00.
    The Registration fees for Paris, Munich or Copenhagen have been waived for existing Omniture customers and partners.  This includes users of Instadia ClientStep or Touch Clarity.

  2. What is included in my registration fee?
    Registration includes admission into the main session and breakout groups.

  3. What is NOT included in the registration fee?
    The Omniture Summit registration fee does not include airfare, hotel or ground transportation.

  4. I’d like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
    No. We do not offer a group discount at this time.

  5. I’m not sure of my schedule right now. Can I wait and register on-site?
    Yes, but we can’t guarantee the availability of all break out sessions for late registrations.

  6. Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
    After you register online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

  7. Do I have to pre-select my sessions when I register?
    No, you may wait and select the appropriate sessions at the conference. As long as you have pre-registered, the sessions will be available to you.

  8. What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We can also accept a purchase order from your company.

  9. Will you send me materials and credentials in advance?
    No. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be directed to the Omniture Conference Services Desk, where you will get your conference badge and materials.

  10. Is my reservation transferable?
    Yes. If you pre-register and are unable to make it to the conference, you can transfer your registration to somebody else in your company by contacting our reservation coordinator.

  11. What if I have to cancel?
    Cancellations received by April 1, 2007 will receive a refund. After April 1, 2007, no refunds will be made. You may, however, still transfer your reservation to somebody else in your company.

Conference Information

  1. I’ve been an Omniture customer for two years. How will this Summit help me?
    We have several courses designed for technical experts who have a desire to increase their understanding of the latest Omniture applications. Many sessions are geared towards delivering tips and ideas to advanced users.

  2. I don’t manage site traffic in my company, but I’m concerned with the overall results. Will the conference be beneficial to me?
    This year’s Summit will include business, organizational, and marketing topics in addition to the user-focused sessions. It will be beneficial for anybody concerned about overall online marketing success.

  3. I’m not very technical. Will I still be able to understand everything?
    The Summit is designed to benefit both novices and experts. Just choose the course track that is most appropriate for your skills, and you’re sure to leave with additional understanding and knowledge.

  4. Where do I find the presentations from the Omniture Summit 2007 Break-Out Sessions?
    Omniture will provide Summit customer attendees the opportunity to download *any of the break-out session presentations.

    Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
