What is the registration fee?

To help recover some of the costs of Summit we ask a small fee from all delegates. There are four offers to help you minimise your costs;

  • Early Discount pricing if you book before March 31st saving up to £100 / €120.  Get both days for the price of one!
  • Group Discounts from 33% for 3 passes up to 50% for 10 or more
  • Transferable passes allowing you to share the second day with a colleague
  • Reduced price one-day only passes

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions and the Partner Showcase. Fees include lunch and admission to our invitation-only evening drinks reception. It also includes attendance at our evening party!

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?

Absolutely. Buy 2 regular priced conference passes, get the 3rd pass Complimentary.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. We can also accept a purchase order from your company or a personal cheque. Cheques should be sent to our outside registration company:

Is my reservation transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at anytime free of charge. Please submit all transfer requests in writing to Omniture Registrations at omniture@registrationline.co.uk For further questions regarding registration please call the Omniture EMEA Registration Hotline, +44(0)1462 490609.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations received by end of April 20th, 2010 will receive a full refund, less a £50 cancellation fee. After April 20th, 2010, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge.

What is the closest airport?

The Hilton Metropole Hotel is accessible from both London Heathrow and Gatwick Airport. However, Heathrow offers delegates the quickest link to the venue.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

Temperatures for May vary between 9–17 C°. Visitors should expect some rain during their stay in May.

How should I dress?

During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate.

What if I have special dietary needs?

Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided DURING the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Are special negotiated rates available at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel?

Yes, To book your accommodation at the conference hotel please refer to our dedicated online reservation site. Click HERE to book a room or group booking.

Rates offered to our delegates via this site are £149 single occupancy per night or £169 double occupancy per night. Rates include full English breakfast but exclude VAT (17.5%)
