Registration/Cancellation

What is the registration fee?

Single Registration - $2295 USD
Buy 2, Get 3rd Complimentary - $4590 USD
4 or more - $1530 USD (when purchased together)

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, hands-on Training Labs, Q&A; with the experts, and the Partner Showcase. It also includes all entertainment, including a Friday ski pass, as well as all of your conference meals. Note: Skiing is limited to 700 guests.

Is there an additional charge for Adobe Training Services (formerly known as Omniture University Training)?

Yes, Adobe Training Service courses are available for customers at $649 per session. There is an option to sign up for Adobe Training Service classes when you register for the conference.

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is my reservation transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. Please submit all transfer requests to summit@omniture.com.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (Summit2011Support@omniture.wingateweb.com) no later than February 18, 2011. All cancellations made on or before February 18, 2011, are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00 USD. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 18, 2011.

Note that attendees who have not cancelled on or before February 18, 2011 and have an outstanding balance will be invoiced for their full amount and any outstanding balance will be due within 30 business days of date of invoice.

What is the closest airport?

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10-minute drive from The Grand America.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

Salt Lake City is typically cold in early March, so you should plan accordingly.

How should I dress?

Plan on warm attire. Long pants, heavy coats, hats and gloves are suggested for outside activities. During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate.

Are discounted rates available at the Grand America and the Little America Hotel?

Yes, discounted rates start at $220 USD for Premier Rooms and $240 USD for Executive Suites at The Grand America Hotel. You can reserve a Garden Room for a discounted rate of $139 USD or a Tower Room for $159 USD at The Little America Hotel. Discounted rates are subject to availability.

Shuttle Service

Airport Arrivals:

• Free shuttle service from SLC airport to the Grand America Hotel, Little America Hotel, and Sheraton
• Monday, March 7, buses depart every 15 minutes from 7:00am-9:00pm
• Tuesday, March 8, buses depart every 15 minutes from 7:00am-9:00pm

Sheraton:

• Free shuttle service between the Sheraton and the Grand America Hotel
• Wednesday, March 9, buses run consistently from 7:00am-7:00pm
• Thursday, March 10, buses run consistently from 7:00am-7:00pm

Offsite Parties:

• Free shuttle service from the Grand America and Sheraton to all offsite parties
• Wednesday, March 9, buses run a continuous loop between the Grand America front drive, Sheraton, and The Salt Palace starting at 7:45pm.
• Thursday, March 10, buses run a continuous loop between the Grand America front drive, Sheraton, and Elevate starting at 8:45pm.

Ski Day:

• Free shuttle service from the Grand America (Flower Patch exit) to Canyon Resort
• Friday, March 11, buses depart on the hour from 7:00am-9:00am and every half hour from 9:30am-12:00pm

• Return shuttle from Canyon Resort to Grand America and Sheraton
• Buses depart on the hour from 1:00pm-5:00pm (last bus leaves at 5:00pm)

Airport Departures:

• Free shuttle service from the Grand America Hotel, Little America Hotel, and Sheraton to the SLC airport
• Thursday, March 10, buses depart every 15 minutes from 4:30pm-10:00pm
• Friday, March 11, buses depart every 15 minutes from 6:00am-8:00pm
• Saturday, March 12, buses depart every 15 minutes from 6:00am-1:00pm
