Online Business Optimization Leader Brings Additional High-Tech Financial Growth Experience, Appoints Dana Evan to their BOD
OREM, Utah – May 31, 2006 — Omniture, a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the appointment of Dana L. Evan, chief financial officer (CFO) and executive vice president of finance and administration of VeriSign, to its board of directors. Evan is the seventh member of Omniture’s board of directors.

Evan joined VeriSign in May of 1996 as CFO. During the last decade, she has helped set business strategy and grow the company from a small, venture-backed start-up to a global corporation that provides intelligent infrastructure services for millions of users—including nearly all of the Fortune 500, government bodies, hundreds of thousands of small businesses, and over one thousand telecommunications carriers and service providers. Prior to joining VeriSign, Evan has served in the capacity of CFO, vice president of finance, and controller, for public and private companies, including Portal Software, Identix, Inc., and Delphi Ventures. Evan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
