Hi Bob,

We are working on enhancements to ScottradeELITE, but until those new features are released you will want to download Bootcamp or Parallels and run your Mac in a Windows environment in order to get the ScottradeELITE to work on your Mac.

We appreciate your patience, and if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with your local Scottrade team at 800-619-7283.

Best,

I have been a Scottrade customer for many years and I have inquired several times about
when scottrade elite will be available to MAC users. The only answer I get is "we're working
on it." This has been going on for years. I'm sure that there are thousands of Mac users that would like to have this service available. Is it coming or not?

On 4/13/12,I used Money Direct to transfer $3,000 towards 2011 IRA contribution. I used the checking account showing with updated funds. But, later I learnt that the transaction was returned. The account showing with updated funds was non operative. I came to know about this on 04/18/2012. I contacted the local Austin branch. They said I could not contribute for 2011. I would like to know and request if Scottrade may introduce some kind of system check while transferring so that other customers like me do not face such a situation in the future. Thank you in anticipation.

Mr. Redd,

I assure you that your comment has not fallen upon deaf ears. We work to make our trading tools intuitive and easy to use for all of our clients. Were sorry if you are experiencing any trouble using them. I have checked with our Tech Support team and they let me know that it is possible to continue to see your listings according to industry. You can follow the steps below to do so. Regarding the white box and the all box, we need more detail in order to help you with this. Your branch is available to answer specific questions. We are happy to help you any way we can, simply click Contact Us at the top of this page.

1. Remove a data column via the Edit link in Watch Lists on the Home Page
2. Add the Entry Date data column
3. Sort by the Entry Date data column
4. Remove the Entry Date data column
5. Add the original column back to Watch Lists

I know this will fall on deaf ears, again. Why do they keep changing the Scottrade site? On the quote grid I keep my listings according to industry to look at & now the are ALL alphabetically arranged for me. On the options side I now have a little white box that follows me. IF people don't know how many shares they are dealing with Scottrade shouldn't let them be playing, or at least give us the option of turning it off. AND, EVERY time I look at a different stock I have to click on "ALL" to see the different months. Give us an option to leave it on!! Just give us our options not someone at Scottrade that is looking for job security and patting him/herself on the back all the time with changes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
