Pawel Althamer's commission for the Deutsche Guggenheim in Berlin is both a sculpture exhibition and a participatory project. Pawel Althamer relocated his father's plastic manufacturing company Almech to the Deutsche Guggenheim's exhibition space where he and his team produce sculptures. Select visitors and the Deutsche Guggenheim's employees will be able to have casts made of their faces, which are then incorporated into the sculptures.
