Can I resell a purchased template?

Q: I would like to know if there is any legal or ethical obligation in regards to reselling a purchased template.

A: You may not place any of our products, whether modified or not on a diskette, CD, a website or any other alternative and offer them for another distribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
