Managing Hosting Renewal Option

Summary

You can easily renew your hosting account from the Profile / Billing tab in the Control Panel. If your account/domain has expired or is close to expiring please contact our billing department.

Renewing your hosting account

To renew your Just Host Hosting Account:
  1. login to your Just Host Control Panel.

  2. Click the Profile tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click the Renew Hosting Account button.

  4. Choose your renewal option:
    • Renew NOW
    • Auto-Renew 15 days before expiration of your site
    • Do not renew

  5. Select your renewal option and follow the directions until you check out and have successfully renewed your hosting account.

Receiving Renewal Reminders

  1. login to your Just Host Control Panel.

  2. Click the Profile tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click the Renewal Options button.

  4. Check the box " I want to receive email reminders about my account renewal."

  5. Click the Continue button to save the changes.

  6. Confirm your changes by pressing the OK button in the popup confirmation window.
