How to access your email with Gmail

Summary

You are able to setup your Gmail account to send and receive emails from your email accounts on your Just Host account.

Incoming Mail (POP3)

  1. Login to your Gmail Account.
  2. Choose Settings, from the Settings cog.


  3. Gmail Settings

  4. Click Accounts and Import.
  5. Click 'Add a POP3 mail account you own".
  6. Enter your Email address.


  7. Gmail Add a POP3 Account

  8. Click the Next button.
  9. Enter your full email address as the Username.
  10. Enter Password for your email account.


  11. Gmail Incoming Server

  12. Enter the POP Server. This will be your domain name proceeded by "mail."
  13. Choose any additional options you may want
  14. Click the Add Account button.

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

  1. Choose " Yes, I want to be able to send mail as john@example.com"


  2. Gmail Account Created

  3. Choose if you will use this address as an Alias.

  4. Gmail Alias

  5. Click the Add account button.
  6. Choose to send "Send through example.com SMTP server"
  7. Enter the SMTP Server. This will be your domain name procded by "mail."
  8. Enter your full email address as the Username.
  9. Enter Password for your email account.
  10. Choose Port 25 (Non SSL) or 465 (SSL).


  11. Gmail Outgoing Server
