Internal Email is Not Being Received
If you cannot receive mail from yourself by means of sending from a form, or from a subaccount, but can receive fine from everywhere else, it is usually because you are or were hosting your mail on a third party server.
You can review your MX routing settings and your MX records by going either to your MX Entry icon or the DNS Zone Editor icon in cPanel. For more information on how to go about making the modifications or review your MX records and settings, you can refer to our article on:
