This was really funny. I am not sure if they did write the ongoing conversations on the letters too, but I like to think so, because that just makes all of it a bit weirder and funnier. but I do admit it makes some things really not logical.
at first I thought al was talking about hawkeye. that was a bit eerie. luckily it was about a cat.
well. that's about it. wanted to give a little review and heads up that I liked this one and that your writing is liked. even if it's old.

*laughs* Not exactly what I hoped for, but fitting. Instead of interupting the mood of the story with a... scene? Non-letter? (You know what I'm trying to say.) You gave a substitute that informed us (without telling) that Roy and Ed ended up well.

The indignant vibe from Al's letter was perfect. And the 'I hate you' was surprising, but it leaves plesant possibilities drifting through the mind.

I've enjoyed this story. The laughter you've gifted me with shouldn't be taken lightly.
