
This morning, Ask.com announced a major upgrade to the the search functionality within Bloglines. Bloglines has been the largest and most popular pure web-based RSS reader since its inception, and these improvements are a welcome addition to an already great product.

Newsvine is very intriguing and I love browsing it, but I'm finding it very hard to use effectively.

Lots of people are commenting on the article in the Boston Globe regarding Gather.com, which the Globe characterizes as a one-stop site for blogs. Comments I've read so far range from "they can't succeed because the dot.com 2.0 crash is coming" to "I like it".

…so lets see first off I can now say for sure that I have ditched my Winamp audio player (which I think is no longer really whipping the llama’s a**!) for iTunes. And now I am totally hooked on podcasts.

OK, how many social networks am I now a part of? I don't know. How many have I signed up for thanks to an invite from a friend and never looked at again.

As of lately, I’ve been trying to move my program/service usage online more and more, to make it accessible from any computer and also not to lose information in case of a computer crash. Part of that has been finding a service to follow all the feeds I subscribe to.
