Formula DRIFT started their 2011 Pro Championship season with a bang on a beautiful weekend in April. A record-breaking crowd came out to Long Beach to watch the best drift drivers in the world tear up the streets. Round 1 of Redline's 2011 Track Events Series took place at Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond, California. There were four different races held that weekend, the Redline Pro Time Attack, the MotoIQ Pacific Tuner Car Championship, the Lotus Cup and the Redline Pro Track Challenge.
