Maxwell DeDickman is a recent Parsons Photography graduate with dreams of becoming the next David LaChappelle. When he lands the position of the photo assistant to world famous photographer Jacques LeFuckmoi at high glamor lifestyle magazine Gloss, he feels he is well on the way to becoming the toast of the photo world. Unfortunately for Maxwell, he is about to get a dose of the not so pretty world of the magazine industry. As he deals with the harsh and catty crew of stylists, editors and models, he wonders if he made the right choice. Will Maxwell stay true to himself amid the cutthroat world of Gloss? Or is he simply its next victim?
Maxwell finds out Gloss will be interviewing controversial rapper A. W. B and is given the task of coming up with the photo shoot layout. But first, he needs to deal with HR and Payroll so they can fix this pay problem…
