Tom Scharpling, host of the Best Show on WFMU, has agreed to appear on The Chris Gethard Show, with the special request that Gregg Gethard, Chris's brother and a regular caller of The Best Show, appear as well. After Chris explained to Tom that he and Gregg have a sometimes tense relationship, Tom offered to provide them with free untrained family counseling - and the Sibling Rivalry episode was born.
