Howard Jacobson’s Man Booker Prize win for The Finkler Question has revived the comic mode in fiction. In this Sydney Writers' Festival event he talks about writing comedy with Fiona Giles. Howard Jacobson is an award-winning writer and broadcaster. He has lectured at University of Sydney and Cambridge (where he studied under F. R. Leavis). His novels include The Mighty Walzer, Kalooki Nights and the highly acclaimed The Act of Love. He won the 2010 Man Booker Prize with The Finkler Question. Presented by the Sydney Writers' Festival
