Express Email Marketing® accounts are suspended if there are multiple reports of spam or excessive bouncebacks. There is a reactivation fee to restore your Express Email Marketing account privileges if they are suspended. For more information see Why has my Express Email Marketing Account been suspended?

If your Express Email Marketing account has been suspended, contact abuse@secureserver.net for instructions to reinstate your account.

When posting about a technical issue, please be sure to include as many details as possible, such as your domain name, related URLs and other pertinent information. This consideration will allow us to better understand the situation and quickly assist you.
