  Complete your profile under the “My Account” tab and get the most out of your app:
 

  • Add your details (address, date of birth, etc.) and your photo.
  • Enter your travel preferences. They'll be taken into account for all future searches, such as:
    • Seating preference (window, aisle, etc.)
    • Ticket pick-up method
    • Preferred comfort class
    • Journey type (direct or with a stopover)
  • Register your credit card details in a personal and secure environment, which only you can access. Learn more >
     
      

 

BOOK IN A FEW CLICKS

 

  • Step 1: Select your journey
  • Step 2: If you have completed your full profile, you will not be asked to enter your seating preference, retrieval method or travel details. These will be selected automatically, you just need to confirm the order basket!
  • Step 3: Enter your bank card security code and confirm your payment.
  • Step 4: Go to 'My Tickets'  to find your booking.

 

Tip: No need to print your tickets with the TGV m-ticket or Thalys m-ticketless delivery method! Simply store them in the 'My Tickets' section as bar code. Find out more here >
