Meeting going on for ever? Stuck in traffic? Your Voyages-sncf app has the solution: based on your fare conditions, exchange & cancel your tickets in a few seconds only.
 

TICKET exchange

Instructions on how to change your travel time and/or date:
1. Rendezvous at 'My Tickets' in your app
2. Select the booking you wish to change or import the ticket you bought via the website
3. Select a new travel date and/or time
4. You will receive an exchange quote:

• Same fare? Simply confirm the exchange
• Initial fare not available? You may have to pay a supplement

5. The exchange confirmation page and your booking reference will be displayed. You will also receive a text message confirming your exchange

Ticket cancellation

Instructions on how to cancel your train ticket:
1. Rendezvous at 'My Tickets' in your app.
2. Select the booking you wish to cancel or import the ticket you bought via the website
3. Select cancel
4. The cancellation confirmation page and your booking reference will be displayed. You will also receive an email confirming you cancellation.

Exchange & cancellation available for:

• Tickets with exchangeable and/or refundable fares
• M-ticket bookings made via the app or the Voyages-sncf website
• Home delivery tickets or tickets collected at stations, boutiques, self-service terminals*

Pro, Grand Voyageur, Grand Voyageur + or Grand Voyageur Le Club traveler? Exchange your ticket up to the last minute, and sometimes even up to 30 minutes after departure of the train!

*Import your ticket into the app, cancel or exchange it on your mobile and go to the station to collect the refund (even after the journey).
