Want to pay your train tickets by mobile phone? If you have created a customer account, you can store your bank details in a personal and secure environment, allowing you to pay in one easy click with your mobile phone every time you book in the future. Simply enter your credit card information, make your payment and you’re all set!
- Step 1: Download the Voyages-sncf mobile app
- Step 2: Create or synchronise your personal Voyages-sncf account in the “My Account” tab (found at the bottom of the app).
- Step 3: Save your bank card details securely in your customer account
- Step 4: Your bank details will now be saved and encrypted for future purchases. You can change or delete the saved credit card at any time, and choose to pay with a different card
- Step 5: The security code on the back of your card must be entered each time you confirm a new booking online.
Wait! You can only benefit from this service when making mobile phone or tablet app bookings. It can't be used online via the Voyages-sncf website

We have good news! From now on, you can also use your American Express Card to pay for tickets booked via our mobile phone app.
